01 General Terms & Scope of Agreement

Vc33 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an international online betting and gaming service provider that vc33.bet operated under the domain. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between vc33 and any of its users.

By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using vc33.

1.1 Scope of Application

These terms apply to all vc33 services, including Sports Betting, Live Betting, casino games, virtual sports, and other gaming products. In addition to these general terms, specific rules may apply to certain games or promotions, which will supplement these terms where relevant.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on vc33, you must meet the eligibility requirements below. If these requirements are not met, vc33 reserves the right to close the account at any time.

2.1 Age Requirement

To register with vc33, you must be at least 18 years vc33 may request age verification at the time of registration or at any point thereafter. If a user is found to be underage, the account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account is allowed per person, household, IP address, or device One account Permitted. If multiple accounts are found:

• All bonus and promo winnings will be forfeited
• Deposits may or may not be refunded, depending on the circumstances

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact vc33 support immediately. Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

03 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Vc33 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms. The general bonus conditions below apply to all promos.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

• Wagering requirement: 10x the bonus amount

3.2 Bonus Abuse

Vc33 actively works to prevent bonus abuse. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse, and any associated bonuses and winnings will be forfeited:

• Claiming bonuses through family members or acquaintances
• Low-risk betting strategies used solely to clear bonuses
• Manipulation of bonus wagering conditions

04 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Vc33 supports Bangladesh's most popular payment methods. All transactions are processed in a secure, encrypted environment.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 300
• Maximum deposit: subject to account verification
• Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer
• Deposits are usually instant; some methods may take 1–2 hours
• No charges on deposits

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Your account must be fully KYC verified before you can make a withdrawal. Withdrawal terms:

• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: BDT 1,00,000 (verified accounts)
• Processing time: bKash/Nagad – 15 minutes, Bank – 1–3 business days
• Withdrawals must be made via the same payment method used for the deposit
• Additional verification may be required for your first withdrawal

4.3 KYC (Know Your Customer) Process

Vc33 complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. KYC documents may be requested for withdrawals exceeding BDT 50,000 or at vc33's discretion at any time. Withdrawals will be held until the required documents are submitted.

05 Betting Rules & Odds Policy

Please make sure you fully understand the following rules before placing a bet on vc33. vc33 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from betting without adequate knowledge of the terms.

5.1 Placing Bets

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the cash-out option)
• Minimum bet amount: ৳10
• Maximum Bet: Varies depending on the market and match
• Vc33 reserves the right to void any bet placed on the basis of incorrect or incomplete information
• Odds in live betting are subject to change; the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply

5.2 Match Cancellation & Rescheduling

If a match is cancelled, abandoned, or suspended mid-way, bets will be settled in accordance with vc33's rules. General policy:

• If cancelled before the match starts – the bet will be refunded
• If 50% or more of a match is completed, the result will be considered valid
• Bets remain valid on rescheduled matches if played within 48 hours
• All bets may be voided in the event of force majeure

5.3 Odds Errors

If incorrect odds are displayed for any reason, vc33 reserves the right to void the affected bets. Winnings from bets placed at clearly erroneous odds (pricing errors) will not be paid out. Where such bets are voided, the original stake will be refunded.

06 Responsible Gaming Policy

Vc33 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We want every user to bet in a way that is enjoyable and within their control. To support this, vc33 provides a range of tools and features.

6.1 Self-Control Tools

You can set the following limits yourself directly from your vc33 account settings:

• Deposit Limit: Maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit

• Loss Limit: Maximum loss limit within a set time period
• Session Limit: Session time limit
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspending your account for a set period

6.2 Signs of Problem Gambling

07 Prohibited Activities & Fraud

Vc33 is committed to maintaining a fair and safe platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure if detected.

• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Match fixing or use of insider information
• Unauthorized access to another user's account
• Use of stolen or illegally obtained funds
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or attempting to hack the platform
• Threatening or intimidating vc33 staff
• Harassing or defrauding other users

If prohibited activity is detected, vc33 reserves the right to report it to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Vc33 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time and for any reason. Accounts are generally closed under the following circumstances:

• Breach of These Terms
• False or incomplete registration information
• Fraudulent or deceptive activities
• Failure to Provide KYC Documents
• Identified as a minor
• At the user's own request

8.1 Balance After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, the balance may be forfeited. However, if closure is requested by the user or initiated by vc33 for business reasons, any valid balance will be returned.

8.2 Self-Requested Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time. Email the Support team and verify your identity. All pending bets will be settled before closure, and any valid balance will be returned.

09 Limitation of Liability

Vc33 always strives to ensure platform reliability. However, vc33 is not liable for the following due to technical or other reasons:

• Bet cancellation or loss due to internet disconnection
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways
• Issues with the user's device or software
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.)
• Incorrect odds or results due to data provider errors

Under no circumstances shall vc33's liability exceed the principal amount deposited by the user in that specific transaction.

10 Changes to Terms & Contact

Vc33 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or on-site notification.

10.1 Effective Date of Updates

Continued use of the Platform after a terms update will be considered acceptance of the new terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.
